An old snow fence used to restore the dunes and a majestic Great Blue Heron on the white quartz sand beach at the Gulf Islands National Seashore, a U.S. National Park located on the barrier island of Santa Rosa off Pensacola, Florida in the northern Gulf of Mexico.
About Phil Jensen
Photography has been an avocation my entire life. It became a vocation 25 plus years ago after selling my general insurance agency and retiring from the insurance industry. Both photographic and computer skills have been self taught. Specializing in nature, wildlife, landscape, marine, and historical subjects, most of my images are of the natural world.
